Questions about order and payment.
1. Is this item still available?
All items are available for pre-order.
2. How to place order?

3. When is the close date for pre-order and how long I need to wait to receive my order?
To be fair to all customers, date of receive is based on date of payment being confirmed. Date of receive is 7 working days after payment being confirmed.
4. Is the price stated including postage?
No. All price stated do not include postage.
5. I am regular customers / I purchased many items, can you give me discount or free postage?
If we are able to discount or offer free postage, we will inform customers about that, customers do not need to request from us. If we do not give any discount / free postage, please understand that the price we stated is the minimum price we can offer, we are having smallest profit. If we state the price higher then we will be able to discount.
6. How do I know whether you have receive my payment and process my order?
We will keep customers updated by changing the order status. Customers can always refer to the order status HERE If we have any news regarding the order, we will send you an email and a website message.
7. What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
We are trying our best to decrease the percentage of out of stock. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you via email and website message. We offer 3 options, you can choose either one.
1) Replace with other items, but date of receive for all items is 7 working days after replacement being confirmed. (As we need time to reprocess the order)
2) Cancel the out of stock item and request for refund to your bank accounts (You need to email us/ send us message about this)
3) Cancel the out of stock item and keep the balance in your account for next purchase.
8. Can I change/cancel my order after I make the payment?
No. This is strictly not allowed as we process your order immediately after your payment being confirmed. We do not allow for refund for cancellation after payment being confirmed.
9. Can I add on the items after I make the payment?
Yes. You can add on the items, but date of receive for all items is 7 working days after payment for added items being confirmed.
10. What if the amount I paid is more than the total? Can you put inside my parcel when you post to me?
We do not put balance together with customer's parcel due to safety concern. We will keep it for your next order or bank in back to your Maybank / Cimb / Public Bank account.
11. If I do not have Maybank / Cimb / Public Bank account, how can I make payment?
You can bank in using cash deposit machine, bank counter service, online banking interbank transaction.
12. Are you sure the items will reach me in 7 working days?
Please understand that pre-order involved a lot parties, we always try our best to make sure customers receive as early as possible, but sometimes there will be some delay in stock delivery ( supplier need more time to restock, kastam do not release the stock from kastam clearance, etc.. ).7 working days is our estimate date of receive, but sometimes if delay happens, we hope customers can understand that we do not want this to happen too, for our part, we already try our best to make it as soon as possible.
For customers who need the items urgently, please choose from ready stock items.
Questions about items.
1. What are the size of items?
All measurements and details of item are stated below the photos, you can refer to there for more information.
2. For couple T, I would like to choose for the size, can I?
No. All size for couple-T is fix ( measurements and size are given below the photos, kindly refer to there ).
3. Is the quality of items here good?
Quality is a very subjective question, we may feel the quality good but you don't feel so. From overall feedbacks, we just can say that the quality here fulfill customer's demand.
4. Is the color exactly the same as what displayed in the photos?
Due to different color settings of camera and computers, the color maybe slightly different from what displayed in the photos.
From overall feedbacks, we just can say that the color difference is a very minor difference.
5. The item do not fit me/ I do not like the item after I try it, can I send back to you and you refund my money?
No. All measurements and details are given, customers can read through it before purchase. Kindly note that since all the measurements are taken manually, there may be slight difference depending on measuring method. Difference of +-5cm shall not be entertained. We will not accept any subjective reason for stock changing, such as dislike the color, color difference, not as good as imagine, material thin, low quality, problems of cutting, uncomfortable, small stain spots, color fade after wash etc.We only will be responsible for refund / replacement if the items customers ordered were out of stock or the items were seriously damage or the items received were no the correct items. Customers must report the defect items and level of defect within 24 hours after items delivered. Please inform the person who pick up the parcel for you to check ( if any ).Report after 24 hours shall not be consider under any circumstances.

You just need to inform us that you want to become our agent will do.
Steps needed for agent :-
→ You promote the items.
→ Your customers make payment to you.
→ You place the order in website (name column kindly fill in the name of your customer) and make payment to us.
→ Fill in the Payment Notification form after you make payment.
→ Wait for our update for your customer's order (you can check the order status by checking your Purchase History.
Options given when item ordered out of stock :-
If the item is out of stock, we will contact the agent via email and website message, agent need to deal with their customers.
We offer 3 options, agent's customer can choose either one.

Common questions asked by new agents :-
1. Do I need to pay any fee for joining agent?
No fee is needed.
2. Is your company responsible for posting items to my customers?
Yes, we will be responsible for the delivery and we will update you the tracking code after we send out the parcel. Payment to us shall include postage.
3. When I need to give you orders? Do you have any closing date?
You can update me whenever you have orders / whenever your customers make payment. We accept orders everyday.
To be fair to all customers, date of receive is based on date of payment being confirmed. The earlier customer make payment, the earlier they receive their orders. Date of receive is 7 working days after payment being confirmed. Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
4. Can agents set their own selling price?
Yes, of course. Agents are allowed to set their own selling price. Since our selling price is very very low, agents can increase their selling price by RM 6 -- RM 12 per piece. The increased amount will be profit of agents.
5. Do you offer any discount for agent?
We only offer commission to agent if they sell at least 9 items above per week. We will total up agent's orders once a week, if the items sold by agents are more than 9 items, commission will be credited to agent's website account. Agents can use the credit for future purchase.
Commission Rate (per week) :-
9 -- 15 items -- Commission of RM 1/pcs
16 -- 30 items -- Commission of RM 2/pcs
31 -- 45 items -- Commission of RM 3/pcs
46 items and above -- Commission of RM 3.30/pcs
Kindly note that the quantity of items sold is based on quantity of items received, not based on quantity of items ordered.
Example, If total of items ordered by agent is 15 items, but only 13 items are available, the other 2 items are sold out already, we will count as 13 items ordered, commission of RM 13 will be given.

Please don't try to ask us whether can discount RM 10 per piece or not, it is impossible.
Kindly understand that the price we stated is the lowest market price, we are having minimum profit, and it is not possible to discount so much per piece.
If we state our selling price higher, then we will able to discount more.

Kindly note that the quantity of items for free postage is based on quantity of items received, not based on quantity of items ordered.
Example,
If you ordered 15 items, but only 13 items are available, the other 2 items are sold out already,
we will count as 13 items ordered, discount of RM 1/piece will still be given, but free postage will not be given,
we will deduct the postage fee needed from customer's balance ( balance from the out of stock items).

预购衣服:
为了避免不必要的冲突与误会,请所买家详读以下预购须知条规:
Ø所有衣服都是预购的,订单满了就下订单和截止日期到了就会停止收订单了。
Ø向厂商下单后,他们会配货, 发货后大概空运是需要5天工作天到我这里..
Ø买家下单之后,请在截止日期前付100%的款项。
Ø汇款后若取消订单,款项将不被退还 (特殊原因除外)
Ø如果逾期汇款者,订单将会被取消.
Ø如果买家没有检查预购名单,下错了单,本店一概不负责。
Ø 但如果买家所选的衣服已经下架,一定会退还100%的款额给买家。
Ø预购的衣服都无实照,是厂商给的图片,颜色和实货可能会有偏差,一切以实物为准,所有的衣服品质,布料风险全由买家承担。
Ø不会接受以下的理由而退換货:颜色不喜欢, 色差,没有想像中漂亮,布料薄,品质不好,脱线,车边不一,尺寸不,穿得不舒服, 人为造成的瑕疵,脱线,小污点,洗后褪色等,我们只能保证物有所值,要求物超所值的客人请绕道。
Ø主观问题退换事项; 除非是收到错误的商品或衣服严重破烂 / 损坏。如有损坏,客人必须在收到包裹后的 24个小时内向我们报告,逾期者自负。如果是其他人代收,切记通知他们帮你检查,24小时候的损坏报告在任何理由下将不被接受。完美主义者和注重品质的买家们想清楚才下订单。
Ø预购衣服一到,会以最快的速度包装好,然后寄出给买家。
Ø如果有任何耽误(如货物不足,空运问题,海关问题)也请客户给予谅解,因为这些都不是我们控制之内。太过于着急的客户最好在定购前请三思。
Ø货物寄出,恕不退还或更换,邮寄途中的损坏本店一概不负责~
Ø客人一旦下了订单,即表示同意及接受我们的规则。
Terms and Conditions
Payment
Ø We only accept full payment. After acceptance of full payment, items will be delivered.
Ø We encourage customer make full payment within 3 days upon receive of invoice and confirmation of availability of product. Further information about payment will be acknowledged through email.
Products
1. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and paid by customers.
2. All goods sold are not returnable and non exchangeable. Goods shall be inspected thoroughly before delivery.
3.1. The colour of the products may be slightly differs from the illustration because of the optical effect. We will not accept any subjective reason for stock changing, such as dislike the color, color difference, not as good as imagine, material thin, low quality, problems of cutting, uncomfortable, small stain spots, color fade after wash etc.
3.2. We only will be responsible for refund / replacement if the items customers ordered were out of stock or the items were seriously damage or the items received were no the correct items. Customers must report the defect items and level of defect within 24 hours after items delivered. Please inform the person who pick up the parcel for you to check ( if any ).Report after 24 hours shall not be consider under any circumstances.
4. The product’s price exclude postal fee.
5. We shall not responsible for damages or lost during delivering process. But we will help customer follow up the delivery company.
6. Customer’s personal details will be kept private and confidential.
7. Customers have to take note that certain ready stock have to pre order this is due to the ready stocks are fast selling. We will still order for the customers once the payment are made through pre order (duration around 1 week)*.
8.We shall not be responsible for any delay of delivery date ( supplier need time restock, delay of shipping company or delay of pos office ), we will inform all valued customers if there is any delay.
9. We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions without prior notice. We assume that our valued customer understood the terms and conditions once they place their order. Any feedback are welcome.
10. Customers who cancel the order after payment, payment will not be refund. ( except special case)
11. Please note that pre-order items may be out of stock , full refund is available for out of stock items.Customers who make order are assumed to agree all our terms and conditions.
